These double-chamber pants have one air chamber in the front and one air chamber in the back and include a sheath that passes from the inside to the outside and then has an extra 7” (17.78 cm) of material (non-inflatable) on the outside with a cap at the end so it’s totally enclosed.

The loose-fitting, non-inflatable sheath actually feels really nice compared to an inflatable version because it gently touches and causes more stimulation. The multiple air chambers of the pants suspend you inside no matter which way you lay.
