Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted for most products.
Shipping
Orders are shipped from Alabama, USA. We now offer multiple shipping carrier options including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Candy Coated does its best to send purchases in the most secure way possible. That said, once an item leaves the Candy Coated location it is no longer in our control. Items being sent internationally can take up to 3 months to arrive, depending on the location and Customs.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping for standard and in-stock items will be charged at the time of checkout. If you order a custom made item or an item that is serviced, shipping will be charged separately at the time of the project's completion.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
When your order is marked in our system as "Shipped" please know that it has been delivered to the carrier and is no longer in our control.
Shipping of Repaired Items
Items that have been chlorinated or repaired will be shipped only once the entire balance has been paid by the customer.
Once repairs have been completed, Candy Coated will reach out to you and send a direct link with the balance for remaining labor and return shipping. You have up to 1 month to pay this, after which a storage fee will be added for each additional week it is not paid. Items will not be shipped until the full balance, including any storage fees, has been paid. This information is included in the Terms of Agreement and Service Request Form that is required for any service to be completed.
