An SPH is a Strategically Placed Hole, used generally for genital play. Depending on the style, one or multiple SPHs can be added to inflatable toys, clothing, and suits. But there are so many options available, it can sometimes be a little hard to decide what’s right for you, and photos can only do so much.
So here’s a breakdown of each SPH we offer!

Non-inflatable (colors may vary)- This is a non-inflatable sleeve that is closed on one end, used for single person genital use.

Inflatable PUL- Also known as pleasure tubes. This is an option using the PVC-U-Like inflatable pleasure tube. It is a soft inflatable sleeve that is closed at one end, used for single person genital use. Using this SPH will include an attached tube and an additional inflation valve on the toy.

Thicker inflatable (colors may vary)- Also known as pleasure tubes or massagers.This is an inflatable pleasure tube that uses a different, thicker material. It is closed at one end, used for single person genital use. It also has the inflation valve on the front of the sleeve so no additional tubing or valves are needed.

In house-made Inflatable (colors vary)- This is based on the Inflatable PUL version, but made in-house using PUL materials, allowing different color options from the standard pink and purple combo of the PUL version.

Tunnel from inside to outside (for suits only)- Also known as an Access Tunnel. This is different as it is open on both ends of the tunnel. It allows for access to the wearer of the suit from the outside. These are not available for toys, only suits. These are recommended for genital (both male and female) and anal play, as well as hand play. We now offer two options for these: small (approximately 2.5" wide) which is better for specifically genital play, and large (approximately 4" wide) which is best for hand play.

Inflatable sheath- This is similar to our In house made inflatables, with the exception of the SPH being located externally, rather than internally. It is made in-house and inflates separately from the rest of the suit or toy.
