Shorts are made from 2 layers of PVC. Two Intex brand 24” beach balls are cut open to form a waist and two leg holes. They are then joined together with vinyl cement and reinforced around the openings.
The 24” (61 cm) beach ball can accommodate up to a 50” (127 cm) circumference waist opening but keep in mind the larger this opening, the less beach ball height is left. We will need to know the circumferences of your waist, around your hips/butt and also your thighs (close to your crotch).

Reinforcements of the seams are available for an additional price. It is recommended that if you want to inflate the shorts "drum tight" and sit in them you get outside reinforcements added. If you plan to inflate them "drum tight" and bounce in them, we highly recommend you get them reinforced both inside and outside. *If you choose not to get your shorts reinforced and fill them to their limit and stress them, holes and rips will appear.*
Though it doesn't usually take that long, due to the number of orders we receive and the small size of our company it can take up to six months to receive your order.
