Adjustable to fit a chest circumference up to to 140cm (55 in) using Velcro straps. Two large pockets are 32cm wide and 18cm tall. Multiple layers of pvc svd fabric between the pocket and your body slow down the transfer of cold so that you don’t get too cold. Shiny 0.2mm soft pvc material.
