This is a bow tie collar designed by Olaf Kostersson. Made of pvc and inflatable with a double valve for quick release deflation. Also includes an eyelet for attaching a name tag. Maximum neck circumference is 22" (56cm)

When it is deflated, it opens to 28.25" unstretched or 30" stretched" to get our get your head.
