Made to Order- Inflatable PVC Bomber Jacket

I ordered a Light Blue Extra Soft PVC 200m with a non-inflatable hood… This is a great inflatable article for anyone seeking a lenient, flexible experience, or wanting to work their way towards something bigger. I’m personally not keen on the more restrictive suits that cover the hands and face, but I still love the sensation of inflatable clothing. This item is a perfect alternative for anyone not looking to impress, or explore their limits; who just want to unwind and bask in some soft puffy goodness. The 200 mm material of the jackets I requested has a lovely silky consistency. Not rubbery, but likened to smooth cloth; it can stretch a little, but ultimately promotes a snug embrace with a little extra air. The open zipper front is convenient for dawning, and the elastic cuffs really help keep the hands free. Please note, the position of the valve on my jacket was near the waist, under the right sleeve, rather than on the right chest, near the shoulder as pictured. This isn’t a problem for me, but I recommend requesting specific valve placement if you want it as shown. This is the first handmade item I’ve ever ordered from CCS, and I was not disappointed by the quality and strength. I’ve had it for three months, used it several times, and am only writing this review after. Though a bit pricey, rest assured, the craftsmanship is there. It showed when I first received mine. There are reinforcement trims carefully glued over all seams that would likely fail under strain; along the back, the zipper, the neck. The under-arms are reinforced on both the exterior and interior layers of the jacket. I’m most impressed by the clean bonding work and reinforcements along the ruffled elastic areas. I could speculate how they probably did it, but the point is they did it. I can tell great skilled hands pieced my item together, which I appreciate. This really does feel like a luxury item, and even if the price reflects that, it's still nice to have that option in an otherwise developing niche market of precarious quality. There’s one piece of advice I would offer from my experience. I ordered mine in XL, which was the minimum size that would fit me, and while it does fit (the size charts do not lie), I think it's counter-intuitive to order smaller inflatable articles such as this with a “form-fit”. Only because it subtracts from the potential comfort of the clothing, and size when inflated. Also, once inflated, it’ll fit snug no matter how loose it was deflated. If it’s a full-body suit, yes, proper measurements matter, but for this jacket, I’d recommend ordering a size or two up, especially if you want to blow up wider, and perhaps lower the jacket’s waist. I may try this in the future but for now, I’m overall more than happy with my first handmade item. This is an amazingly fun item for anyone serious about inflation, but wanting a break from restriction.

my third inflatable from candycoated, quality is great and work is ok. no holes, hold nicely the air inside, and really fun to wear :)
